Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a clinical setting, following established treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment details per institutional requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all licensing, credentialing, and safety protocols.
• Utilize provided equipment to deliver therapy sessions.
• Manage a full caseload typically consisting of 8-hour shifts, five days per week.

Required Qualifications

• Active State license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a clinical or setting-specific environment.
• Ability to complete required documentation directly with external agencies.
• Must meet credentialing requirements, including contract QA standards.
• Availability to work 8-hour shifts during days.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with ATI or similar therapy providers.
• Familiarity with documentation procedures involving external agencies.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
