Job Title

• Medical Laboratory Technologist / Clinical Lab Scientist

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, nights, 3x12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and analyze laboratory tests accurately in a clinical setting
• Work independently during night shifts, ensuring timely results
• Follow all laboratory procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain proper documentation within the electronic medical records system
• Ensure quality control and calibration of lab equipment
• Participate in on-call rotations as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant laboratory experience
• ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
• State license is not required but certification is mandatory

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BLS certification
• Experience working in an emergency department or similar fast-paced environment
