Days, Full-time (36 hours guaranteed, up to 40 hours expected)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits when appropriate to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain approval for OT hours from the director before working additional hours.
• Float to other local clinics within the Travel Team if needed.
• Ensure quality patient care while meeting productivity and scheduling expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license for the state of Tennessee.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work daytime shifts on a full-time basis.
• Flexibility to float between clinics and work up to 40 hours per week.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Open to new graduates seeking clinical experience.
