Schedule / Job Type
• Day shift | Full-time | 4 days per week | 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac cath and electrophysiology labs, including cardiac stent placements, catheterizations, and ablation procedures.
• Set up and operate fluoroscopy and other specialized equipment, ensuring precise monitoring and safety during procedures.
• Prepare access sites, monitor patient vitals, and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias or complications.
• Maintain sterile fields, assist with vascular access, and support equipment set-up for various cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Assist with electrophysiology studies, arrhythmia induction, device insertions, and other complex cardiac interventions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety and infection control protocols.

Required Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience working in a cath lab or vascular/interventional radiology setting.
• Valid state license in good standing (Missouri or Illinois), with the appropriate certification to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS.
• Proficiency with fluoroscopy, PACS, and charting systems such as EPIC.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond to emergencies, and maintain sterile technique.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with electrophysiology procedures, device placements (Pacemakers, AICDs), and complex vascular interventions.
• Familiarity with Siemens fluoroscopy equipment.
• Prior experience in a hospital setting performing adult cardiac catheterizations and PCI.
