Job Title
• Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Onsite, Days (12-hour shifts, 3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care within the Intermediate Care Unit, focusing on telemetry patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms using EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety standards.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and respond to on-call requirements as scheduled.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) (must be in hand at time of submission).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting, telemetry experience preferred.
• Certifications: ACLS, BCLS (must be current at time of start).
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, with flexibility to float within scope as needed.
• Basic computer skills and experience with EPIC charting system.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Familiarity with working in an acute care hospital with 158 beds or similar facility.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
