Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Night shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a neurotelemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs and neurological status utilizing standard medical equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in electronic medical records.
• Assist with procedures such as Foley insertions and IV starts as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• ACLS certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in neurology or neurotelemetry units preferred.
• Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior neuro experience in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical records.
• Outgoing and self-motivated personality suited for fast-paced environments.
