Key Responsibilities
• Assist occupational therapists in implementing therapy programs for patients
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve client independence and functioning
• Document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team
• Support patient care activities in a clinical setting
• Maintain equipment and sanitation standards as required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Proven experience in occupational therapy assistance preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of patient documentation and therapeutic procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
• Familiarity with pediatric, geriatric, or rehabilitation therapy
