Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic and general outpatient populations
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed
• Maintain productivity expectations of around 60 visits per week
• Collaborate with clinic team to ensure quality patient care and adherence to treatment plans
• Participate in float coverage to other clinics within the neighboring area if needed
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; overtime must be approved by director

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Willingness to float to other clinics within the region
