Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient health status and progress.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Vermont.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to adhere to scheduled shifts and weekend commitments.
- Must obtain necessary RTO approvals per contract.
- Must be able to work weekends without exception.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF setting preferred.
