Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient respiratory therapy services to adult ICU, ED, PICU, and NICU level III patients
• Support patient care during nights and weekends, with schedule flexibility required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal respiratory care
• Document all clinical interventions and patient responses accurately within electronic medical records
• Participate in holiday coverage as needed, working 2 out of 4 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day)
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and state licensing standards

Required Qualifications
• Current RRT certification (CRT not accepted)
• Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications (NRP required upon submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a teaching hospital setting
• Experience working with NICU levels in previous roles
• Epic EMR system experience within the past 2 years (non-negotiable)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior travel therapy experience preferred
• Strong documentation skills covering all specialties worked, including bed count, EMR, and facility type
• Reliable transportation with access to personal or rental vehicle (public transportation not accessible)
