Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide age-specific, direct patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting.
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegating tasks to healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal healthcare laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Maintain active certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) prior to contract start; courses must be completed if not already current.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Vermont.
• Active certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC).
• Proven experience in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry environment.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic healthcare setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital setting providing direct patient care.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
