Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, days shifts, 4 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and document patient progress.
• Support patient activities and therapeutic exercises.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks related to therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure quality care.

Required Qualifications
• Current certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Previous experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and documentation protocols.
• Flexibility to work during scheduled shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with pediatric or geriatric populations preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.
