Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents at a local veterans home.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document services rendered and maintain accurate patient records.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Montana.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or veterans' facility preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in long-term care or veteran facilities.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
