Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow all facility protocols and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Current BLS certification.
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to patient needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Knowledge of long-term care best practices.
