Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 10-week assignment, rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric nursing care to adult patients in an inpatient facility.
• Assist in maintaining patient safety and therapeutic environment according to clinical protocols.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using the designated charting system.
• Float to different units as needed, including detox and residential treatment units.
• Participate in classroom training, shadow shifts, and complete required learning modules prior to start.
• Support a multi-disciplinary team including Behavioral Health Associates, Behavioral Techs, and clinical staff.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year current psychiatric or comparable experience.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekend rotations.
• Willingness to float between units as needed.
• Experience with HCS charting system.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in detox or inpatient psychiatric facilities.
• Strong understanding of patient safety and crisis intervention.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
