Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents’ health status and record observations accurately
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort and safety
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts during mids
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in LTC or SNF settings
