- Rotating shifts, 10 hours per shift, 1 shift per week, temporary assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography (CT) scans in accordance with radiologist protocols.
- Operate Canon/Toshiba CT units and Vitrea workstations.
- Function independently to capture routine and complex imaging procedures.
- Assist with vascular, cardiac, trauma, or stroke imaging as needed.
- Maintain compliance with hospital and department policies, including patient safety and radiation protection.
Required Qualifications
- Current Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer.
- ARRT certification in Computed Tomography.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption prior to start date.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Experience with Meditech EMR system.
- Familiarity with venipuncture, MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging.
- Previous experience with biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke cases.
