• Full-time, Day shift (5x8 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to address patient complaints and ensure quality care.
• Provide clinical oversight for event reporting, triage, and escalation processes.
• Facilitate root cause analyses (RCAs) and failure mode and effects analyses (FMEAs), including implementing corrective actions.
• Support regulatory inquiries, complaint investigations, and survey preparedness.
• Monitor and review medical records for mortality chart review.
• Maintain compliance with CMS grievance protocols and patient safety initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient acute care experience.
• Valid CA RN license in hand.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience working in Critical Care or Emergency Department (ED) preferred.
• Ability to work day shifts, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with CMS grievances and survey readiness.
• Familiarity with event reporting and risk management functions.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical oversight skills.

• Two supervisory references from within the last three years are mandatory.
