Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within LTC/SNF settings to ensure quality resident care.
• Lead and manage healthcare staff, promoting a positive and compliant work environment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient care standards and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership or managerial experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards relating to LTC/SNF environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage staff and coordinate multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Valid license or certification relevant to senior care management (e.g., RN, LPN, or administrator credentials).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience managing nursing home or SNF operations.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and quality assurance programs.
