- Part-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 2 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Monitor and document patient health status and vital signs accurately
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Assist with patient activities of daily living (ADLs) and overall comfort
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Proven experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred
- Ability to work night shift and adapt to a 12-hour shift schedule
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Basic knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a SNF or LTC setting
- Certification in CPR/BLS
- Compassionate attitude with excellent attention to detail
