LVN / LPN LTC/SNF

Job Title

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location

• Albuquerque, NM

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• Proven experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a SNF or LTC facility
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
