• Full-time, night shift (3x12 hours), floating required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult ICU patients, including vent weaning, wound care, spinal cord injury, trach/peg management, and other specialized procedures.
• Work across ICU and medical-surgical units, demonstrating flexibility and competency in multiple care settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records using EPIC EMR.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including floating to different units as needed and complying with travel and licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience, including EPIC EMR proficiency.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Experience with Omnicell medication system preferred.
• Must be over 100 miles from any Prisma Health facility to qualify for travel assignment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for adult patients with complex conditions such as vent weaning, wounds, and spinal cord injuries.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to floating between units.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
