Full-time, 8-week contract, day shifts, onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care/SNF facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Support residents’ overall well-being and comfort
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Montana
- Prior clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and team members
- Strong documentation and regulatory compliance skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments
