Location

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide post-anesthesia care to pediatric and adult patients in the PACU setting
• Monitor patient vitals and recovery progress, ensuring safety and comfort
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Follow established protocols for patient assessment and documentation
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and certification requirements
• Participate in on-call rotation during weekends
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of total RN experience
• At least 1 year of Pediatric PACU experience with pediatric patients
• Valid WV or Compact RN license in good standing (pending license acceptable)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center or similar acute care environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
