- Contract, 13 weeks, Evening/Night shifts, guarantee of 40 hours per week, onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Follow care plans and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident health status and respond to emergencies as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota LVN or LPN license in hand
- Clinically interview-ready candidates
- Ability to work evening/night shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred
