Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient treatments and progress accurately.
• Follow facility policies and adhere to safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current healthcare provider certification as required.
• Experience with adult patient populations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Familiarity with EHR systems.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.

Additional Notes

• Shifts: 8-hour days, 5 shifts per week, Sunday through Saturday.
• Important: Local placements within an 80-mile radius.
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities.
• A $500 fee applies if the clinician cancels or resigns with less than a 14-day notice.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours/week for 12-hour shifts or 40 hours/week for 8–10 hour shifts.
• Housing provided through Good Samaritan Facilities at local rates.
