• Full-time, day shifts, outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations, primarily orthopedic cases.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure productivity expectations of 60 visits per week are met.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with a guaranteed 36 hours.
• Obtain director approval before working any additional OT hours.
• Support float coverage for other clinics within the travel team.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new grads.
• Ability to handle a demanding caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Past outpatient orthopedic therapy experience is highly preferred.
