Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a LTC/SNF setting, ensuring safety and comfort of each resident.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care activities accurately.
- Follow established protocols and standards for nursing practice.
- Support residents during daily activities and promote a respectful environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Will consider LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) candidates as well.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including weekends.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
