- Day shift, full-time, 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week, 8 or 13-week contract
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- Work 3x12-hour day shifts from 5:45 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Guarantee a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Participation in every 4th weekend shift required.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa.
- Valid healthcare provider certification as required (e.g., CPR, BLS).
- Ability to work 12-hour daytime shifts.
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
