Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
- Prepare and set up therapy equipment and materials
- Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
- Support patients in performing therapeutic activities to promote recovery and independence
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards in all therapy-related tasks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or credential
- U.S. work authorization in the state of Pennsylvania
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of therapy equipment and procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Familiarity with therapeutic treatment approaches
- Ability to adapt quickly to different patient needs
