Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 12-hour days, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry nursing care to adult patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Monitor patient vitals and cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Document patient care accurately using the hospital’s charting system
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Float within the hospital as needed to meet facility staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid Illinois RN license (compact license accepted if applicable) or license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of recent telemetry nursing experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH
• EPIC charting experience (if required by the unit)
• Ability to work full-time days with 12-hour shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care hospital environment
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Ability to float within scope of practice across units
• Flexibility to work every other weekend
