Job Title

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTAC and telemetry patients following established policies and procedures.
• Utilize the Nursing Process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe patient care.
• Delegate tasks appropriately based on staff qualifications and experience.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
• Supervise and guide assigned personnel to ensure quality care delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Indiana or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to application).
• ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Vent/trach experience.
• 2+ years recent Telemetry/LTAC experience in a hospital setting.
• 1+ year of applicable clinical experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital LTAC setting.
• Prior experience with vent/trach management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
