Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy services to individuals to promote rehabilitation and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to supervising therapists.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and confidentiality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare documentation and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with therapy software and electronic health records.
