- Full-time, Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services in a hospital setting, primarily in NICU or PICU units.
- Float between NICU, PICU, and Pediatrics departments as needed.
- Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Comply with all certification and licensing requirements, including maintaining current licenses and certifications such as ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT, NRP (if applicable).
- Adhere to hospital policies regarding holiday work, with a requirement to work at least two out of three major holidays.
- Follow travel compliance policies and unit-specific protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent PICU or NICU experience, preferably within a children's hospital.
- Valid Indiana state license in respiratory therapy (active or pending applications).
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT, and NRP (recommended for certain units).
- Current SN/Birthdate information, and SSN required at time of submittal.
- Must have worked in a children's hospital in the last three years.
- Experience floating between NICU, PICU, and Pediatrics units.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a Level 1 pediatric facility.
- Additional certifications related to neonatal or pediatric respiratory care.
- Flexibility to float across units and work night shifts.
