Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Complete necessary documentation and coordinate with external agencies as required.
• Follow all licensing and safety protocols during therapy sessions.
• Assist with patient assessments and progress tracking.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe treatment environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in setting up and utilizing therapy equipment.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately.
• Flexibility to work dayshift, Monday through Friday.
• Willingness to adhere to dress code and parking policies.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Knowledge of documentation processes for external agencies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
