Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and daily living skills
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
• Support patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and adjust care strategies

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• Prior experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with therapeutic equipment and documentation procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy best practices
• Bilingual skills are a plus
