Direct Hire | Full-Time | Night Shift | 72 hours bi-weekly, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic and advanced professional respiratory care services to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients under the medical direction of the Respiratory Therapy medical director

• Plan, implement, evaluate, and modify respiratory care plans according to the individual needs of each patient

• Make independent clinical judgments within the defined scope of responsibilities

• Perform appropriate and accurate patient observations and effectively communicate findings with the care team

Required Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential

• Must successfully complete both the written registry exam and the clinical simulation exam

• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience providing respiratory care across multiple patient populations including neonatal and pediatric

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment
