- Days, part-time, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and monitor residents' health status
- Document patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare team
- Assist with daily living activities as needed
- Follow all regulatory and safety guidelines to ensure resident well-being
Required Qualifications
- Active LVN or LPN license in North Carolina
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or SNF setting
- Strong patient assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility or LTAC
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
