Job Title

• Cath Lab Technician (EP / Heart Cath)

• Mission Viejo, CA

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures within the Cath Lab.
• Manage intra-procedural equipment, including fluoroscopy and EP systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain patient care standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members during procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EPIC electronic health record system.
• Provide support during on-call periods, with scheduled call requirements.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification (must be current; RCIS not accepted).
• CA state license in good standing.
• BLS certification.
• Fluoroscopy permit.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior Cath Lab or EP experience.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Ability to work scheduled call shifts (8 days per month).
• Willingness to float to other local facilities as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Extensive pan and circulating experience in Cath Lab procedures.
• Prior experience in EP procedures, particularly in arrhythmia management.
• Knowledge of EP and Heart Cath procedures; strong fluoroscopy skills.
• Experience working with Epic electronic medical record system.
