• Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Complete documentation directly with care coordination platforms prior to start
• Follow established treatment protocols and documentation procedures
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona
• Experience in patient setting with responsible documentation skills
• Ability to complete documentation directly with external platforms before assignment start
• Must be able to start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately
• Flexibility to work full-time days shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with ATI or similar providers preferred
• Knowledge of documentation procedures in healthcare environments
• Experience in outpatient or clinical therapy settings
