• Days, Full-time, 8 hours per shift, 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established treatment plans.
• Complete necessary documentation and communicate directly with ATI outside of AMN's clearance process.
• Ensure timely start of assignment by obtaining required licenses and approvals.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver quality patient care during designated shifts.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding equipment use, dress code, and parking requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of Arizona.
• Experience in a setting requiring physical therapy services.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Must be willing to start on the specified date.
• Credentialing requirements met for contract assignment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with ATI documentation procedures.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
