Key Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy to patients ranging from birth to 21 years old with diagnoses such as CP, Autism, and genetic/developmental conditions
• Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions, with occasional co-treats to ensure quality treatment
• Manage an expected caseload with approximately 25 billed hours per week, scheduled at 29-30 hours to account for cancellations
• Complete evaluations (1-2 per week) and ongoing treatment documentation using Cerner system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a well-equipped therapy environment, including assistive technology, feeding programs, and sensory equipment
• Adhere to facility dress code, typically wearing scrubs, with no weekend or holiday shifts required

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist in Maryland, or ability to obtain prior to start
• Pediatric therapy experience of at least 2 years, with specific experience in feeding, sensory, or school-based therapy preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment with established documentation standards using Cerner system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with children with CP, Autism, or genetic/developmental disorders
• Familiarity with pediatric therapy techniques and equipment, including sensory gyms and feeding tools
