Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute care physical therapy services to patients in a Level III Trauma Center.
• Assist with patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress health records.
• Float between hospital units as needed, supporting various patient care teams.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and current Washington state or Compact State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Acute care experience, with IPR experience a plus.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts.
• Must be prepared to float within the hospital as needed.
• References confirming at least one year of relevant experience, including supervisory references.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a Level III Trauma Center.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Experience in a similar fast-paced acute care environment.
