- Full-time, Days shifts, 7 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed therapists in providing patient care and treatment plans
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions
- Monitor and document patient progress under supervision
- Support patients in exercises and therapeutic activities
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of California
- Previous experience assisting in a clinical or therapy setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Knowledge of therapy equipment and documentation procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems
