Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic CT scans on patients in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Operate GE brand CT scanners with precision, adhering to department protocols.
• Start IVs as needed and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
• Document imaging procedures accurately within the EMR system.
• Comply with all department and hospital policies, including dress code and safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid active Illinois state radiology license or confirmation of ongoing application.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certification from ARRT and IEMA.
• Experience with GE CT scanners.
• Ability to start IVs and perform basic CT procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level 1 trauma experience.
• Prior travel or temporary assignment experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, high-acuity settings.
• Experience using Epic EMR and PACS.
