Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with physician recommendations.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient recovery.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, documentation, and facility protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Active licensed Physical Therapist credential in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience in setting up and managing therapy plans.
• Ability to complete necessary documentation and communicate effectively with team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in similar outpatient or hospital settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation systems.
