Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations, primarily focusing on orthopedic cases.
• Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy techniques to improve mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and communicate findings with healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with facility and professional standards, including productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, efficiently balancing follow-up and new patient sessions.
• Occasionally float to other clinics or neighboring facilities within the travel team network, with prior approval.

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours.
• Willingness to travel to various clinics within the region as needed.
• Experience with orthopedic cases is beneficial.
