Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a medical surgical telemetry unit.
- Monitor patient conditions and document updates accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience working in a medical surgical or telemetry setting preferred.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, dayshift schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital setting with telemetry units.
- BLS/CPR certification.
