Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic injuries or conditions affecting neuro/musculoskeletal systems
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to improve mobility and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care and recovery
- Provide therapy services in various settings, including sports, orthopedic, neurological, stroke, balance, and spinal therapy
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
- Ability to travel to multiple points of care as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or sports rehab
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
