Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

Job Title

• Adult Med Surg RN – Night Shift (6 PM – 6 AM)

• Scottsbluff, NE

Schedule / Job Type

• Rotating shifts, part-time (approximately 3 shifts per week), 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to adult surgical patients in a Medical Surgical unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and clinical changes, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and performance expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Nebraska or active license in a Compact State.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience.
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital setting, particularly in adult Med Surg units.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
